Full Time Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant Position:  James Valley Community Health Center located in Huron, South Dakota an office of Horizon Health Care, Inc. is recruiting for an additional full time clinician to join their team and work in a brand new 12,000 square foot clinic located in the Huron Mall.  The clinician is required to have three to five years’ experience and qualifications in women’s health and prenatal care along with primary care skills.  Fluent in Spanish would be an excellent addition.  The clinic is an eligible site for the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program.  Horizon Health Care offers a competitive salary along with an excellent fringe benefit package.

This position is for an advanced practice registered nurse/physician assistant who provides comprehensive primary and preventative health care and disease management , consistent with Northland Community Health Center’s mission, the clinic provider provides compassionate services as necessary to fulfill professional and patient care obligations.  Provider will perform duties as are usual and customary for primary care in the community.
